A happy little blog post!
I know, it's high time that I blogged.
So here is a barrage of photos from the past month with a running commentary!
The family has been busy planting roses, various flowers, and house plants these past few weeks. I'm not especially fascinated with that occupation, but I love the results of their labor!
The kids put rocks around the base of the roses so that Cherry (our golden retriever), won't dig them up!
We were able to host the students from the Bible school and various others for a fun evening of volleyball and music! volleyball+music=perfect evening! I didn't get any pictures of our volleyball teams ;-(, but I did get the some of the singing and playing (imagine that!)!
This picture cracks me up-Jaime really gets after it on his guitar!
The choir.
The band!
While Daddy and Mama were on a anniversary vacation, we kids went over to the farm/Bible school campus and had choripanes (a Bolivian version of hotdog) at some friend's house.
It's a beautiful walk!
~Ruth and I~
Myles pulled the children there and back, he was such a gentleman!
I can get crazy but it's all normal for Paula!
~And one with our friend Valentina~
We were one big happy family!
Looks yummy, huh!
These students from the Bible school did a really fun skit for the children that came to the Hora Feliz that we are hosting at our house on Saturday. Most of the students are leaving tomorrow and we are going to miss them!
The children loved it!
Ok, there you have it, a happy little blog post from Camiri!
Love to you all,
Emily Jo
Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God:
Which made heaven, and earth, the sea and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:
Which executed judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. Psalm 146:5-7a
